Common Solar Design and Equipment

A Typical Residential Photovoltaic Power System is composed by an Inverter or Hybrid Interter Charger, Solar Charge Controller, can include Battery Backup Power and an array of Solar Panels. By Design total power is dependent of the sun power, therefore solar charts by area gives us an good estimate of how much solar power your wil be receiving.

The AEE is providing the option of Netmetering which the home owner can export or sell  the solar power to the AEE power grid and then monthly they will discount the power received by the home owner. This discount is giving at they cost rate, therefore if the home owner export all the power used in the house the power bill will remain in zero. 

 
 

 

 

 

Approved Tax Credits for Solar Systems Buyers!

In Puerto Rico the government has approved Tax Credits of up to 50% of the equipment and installation costs for residential and comercial buyers who install complete solar power systems before June, 2011.  Don't let this opportunity pass away!!
